Entegris is seeking a full time Senior Corporate Counsel to join the BOLT (Business │ Opportunity │ Law │ Technology) team in Asia. Entegris is a global company with its largest markets in Asia, which requires significant BOLT focus on that region. We are looking for innovative and strategic thinkers to join our growing BOLT team.

This opportunity will be based in Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Business and legal affairs partner to Entegris’ APAC Region, focusing on South Korea and Japan, primarily

through direct provision of services and coordination with other lawyers and professionals in BOLT; Counsel, review, draft and negotiate commercial and distributor contracts required by the Asia business

organizations, focusing on South Korea and Japan; Interpret, communicate to and monitor compliance with corporate and BOLT policies by the APAC

business organizations, particularly South Korea and Japan; Coordinate corporate law matters for Entegris subsidiaries located in South Korea and Japan, including

drafting of corporate documents and coordinating the drafting of more complex corporate documents; Provide legal representation to the APAC Business organizations for transactions related to their business,

focusing on South Korea and Japan; Proven track record of managing wide legal agenda and complex litigation and responding to regulatory

investigations. Interpret, communicate, monitor and investigate compliance with the Entegris Code of Business Ethics

and the Corporate Compliance Policy, conduct or coordinate investigations into alleged wrongdoing, as requested by the General Counsel;

Periodically conduct in person compliance training throughout APAC and in Korean and/or Japanese language, when applicable, focusing on compliance with the Entegris Code of Business Ethics and with legal requirements;

Collaborate effectively with international colleagues both in APAC and global team to provide aligned advice that appropriately balances South Korea, Japan and global perspectives and needs;

Routinely update and advise the General Counsel on legal matters arising throughout Asia, particularly South Korea and Japan;

Manage litigation/arbitration being prosecuted or defended in South Korea and Japan, as requested; Manage due diligence and provide support for acquisitions in APAC, particularly South Korea and Japan; Manage legal matters related to corporate initiatives throughout APAC, particularly South Korea and

Japan; Provide support for IP and technology portfolio in South Korea and Japan, in coordination with Chief IP

Counsel; Undertake other tasks as may be requested by the Senior Vice President & General Counsel.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated experience as a practicing attorney with an international law firm or a global business

enterprise with corporate, cross-border commercial transactions, including dealing with distributors within Asia Pacific and employment disputes;

Qualified lawyer in Korea or Japan (min 5 years PQE) with commercial experience gained in leading law firm and/or relevant in house experiences (preferably in semiconductor sector);

Familiarity with trade regulation and international tax principles a plus; Fluent/ native bilingual speaking, writing and legal drafting skills in English and Korean or Japanese;

Chinese language ability is a plus;

Seasoned lawyer with strong legal analytical skills and practical business orientation; in-house experience with large international corporations is a plus;

Strong understanding of commercial law and practice throughout Asia; familiarity with South Korean and Japanese business law practices;

Licensed to practice law in South Korea or Japan is a plus; Possesses high level of integrity, honesty and respect for the rule of law.
