Our rating & descriptionThe Villa was built in the 16th century by a Cardinal. It is situated on a hill

overlooking the ancient city of Rome, the sea and Tivoli town.

This is a masterpiece that dates back to the 16th century art, history and

culture, filled with magnificent works of art painted by Italian masters

like Ciampelli, Carracci and Pannini.

Today it is a refined hotel member of the famous international chain

Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Guests can experience the typical atmosphere of an old aristocratic

Villa rich in art, while enjoying the comfort and technology of a modern

hotel.

AccomodationsThe Villa has 62 rooms in total, 13 of which in the main venue and the

rest are located in two cottages in front of it. The old Paggeria and Li-

monaia, restored from buildings dating back to the XVIII century, are

located in the secular park and connected to the Villa through two un-

derground corridors.

Furnished in an elegant and sober style, some rooms overlook the secu-

lar park and others Rome, Frascati and the Hill of Tuscolo.

VILLA ROOMS :

SUITE TECH An elegant suite equipped with a Sony Vajo pc and internet

connection.

SUITE GOURMET With a splendid view over Rome, in the “Gourmet”

Suite guests are welcomed with a Frascati bottle of wine and local spe-

cialties.

CHARME DELUXE ROOM Furnished in an elegant and sober style, some

rooms face Rome and the others the secular park.

LIMONAIA ROOMS

ELITE Elegant rooms with wooden ceiling and natural light in the bath-

room.

GARDEN: Rooms facing the wonderful secular park and decorated with

light colors. They have been completely refurbished with a more mod-

ern look, though keeping the original style and charm.

WeddingsThey have an incredible Restaurant, facing an enchanting hanging gar-

den with a view over Rome, offers its guests sophisticated dishes of

the Mediterranean cuisine. The four rooms can accommodate up to 220

people and hold refined wedding receptions, gala dinners, private par-

ties and special occasions, all accurately arranged in order to make

them a unique and unforgettable experience.

During the summer, the restaurant moves outdoor, in the wonderful

hanging garden overlooking Rome.

FacilitiesThe Villa has five meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 120 peo-

ple (theatre style). The numerous and cosy indoor and outdoor areas of

the Villa are at guest’s disposal for cocktails, coffee breaks, business

breakfasts and so on.
