Meals and Meal times in England

Breakfast , the first meal of the day takes place between 7 and 9 in the morning, English people usually have

medium sized breakfast, the traditional English breakfast consist of eggs , bacon, sausages , fried bread, baked

beans and mushrooms and a cup of coffee , although this is served in hotels around England as the traditional

English breakfast, the truth is that not many people eat it these days instaead , they mostly have a bowl of

cereal, a slice of toast, orange juice and a cup of coffee.

Lunch is usually between 12 noon and 1:30 in the afternoon , It is a medium sized meal and usually consist of a

packed lunch , made up of a sandwich , crisps and a piece of fruit and a drink , at a pub people find different

options that range from sandwiches to main courses consisting of meat and vegetables, fish , peas , sausages

and mashed potato.

Dinner is sometimes called supper or the evening meal , is usually more formal, It is the main meal of the day;

it takes place between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm , a traditional meal dinner is meat, which has a piece of roast meat

that can be beef, pork , lamb and two vegetables, one of the vegetable is usually potatoes
