Sirio, divisione di IPC, nasce nel 1979. Si impone da subito inItalia e, successivamente, all’estero come produttore diidropulitrici professionali, pensate con un’attenzione e cura talida caratterizzarli per qualità ed affidabilità. La filosofia di IPCSirio ha portato l’azienda ad orientarsi verso le fasce di mercatoprofessionali con macchine ad alto contenuto tecnico, creandouna gamma completa di prodotti indirizzati a settori di nicchia:idropulitrici, aspirapolvere e aspiraliquidi.

IPC Sirio si distingue, inoltre, per il suo settore di ricerca esviluppo: nel 1984 introduce sul mercato le prime idropulitricicon caldaia verticale. A novembre 1995 IPC Sirio ha ottenuto –primo in assoluto in Italia fra i fabbricanti di idropulitrici adacqua calda – la certificazione UNI EN ISO 9002 esuccessivamente, a dicembre 2001, la certificazione UNI EN ISO9001 ed. 2000, meglio conosciuta come Vision 2000.

Sirio was set up in 1979 to manufacture professional watercleaners. The young company broke into the Italian market inthe early 1980’s, and within just a few months also opened up itsfirst export markets. IPC Sirio water cleaners were immediatelyacclaimed for their excellent quality, robust construction, andmeticulous attention to detail. The company’s products havemaintained these characteristics ever since and are the traitscommonly associated with the IPC Sirio trade mark.IPC Sirio’s philosophy oriented the company towards theprofessional market, offering machines with a high technicalcontent and a complete range of products for niche sectors - watercleaners and wet and dry vacuum cleaners.

IPC Sirio also stands out for its research and developmentdepartment. In 1984 it introduced the first high pressurewashers with vertical boiler. In November 1995, IPC SIRIO wasthe first hot water cleaner manufacturer in Italy to obtain UNIEN ISO 9002 certification, followed in December 2001 by UNI ENISO 9001 ed. 2000 certification, better known as Vision 2000.

This is proof of the company's philosophy, able to set itself evernew challenges and achieve ambitious goals and rewards.

Nel caso si tratti di difetti del funzionamento, accertabili solamente mediante utilizzo delprodotto, i termini per inoltrare il reclamo scritto sono di 30 (trenta) giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce (fa fede il documento ditrasporto rilasciato dallo spedizioniere). Qualora il reclamo venga considerato valido, la IPC Sirio è tenuta solamente alla pura e semplicesostituzione della merce in porto franco, mentre è esclusa ogni altra forma di indennizzo. I reclami per eventuali ritardi o danni imputabili altrasporto, devono essere rivolti al vettore, all’atto della consegna della merce, elevando riserva scritta sullo stesso documento di trasportoche deve essere poi trasmesso urgentemente, in copia, alla IPC Sirio.9. RISPEDIZIONE DELLA MERCE - Non si accettano resi se non preventivamente autorizzati per iscritto dalla IPC Sirio e se non fatti recapitare,alla stessa, con resa in porto franco e a rischio del compratore. Gli spedizionieri e i trasportatori della IPC Sirio non sono autorizzati al ritirodella merce né, tantomeno, al riconoscimento dei reclami.10. INSTALLAZIONE E COLLAUDO - L’installazione delle macchine commercializzate dalla IPC Sirio e i relativi allacciamenti elettrici ed idraulicisono a carico dell’Acquirente. L’eventuale intervento di un tecnico qualificato della IPC Sirio, per il collaudo di primo avviamento, verràfatturato a parte.11. CONDIZIONI DI PAGAMENTO - I pagamenti, per essere validi, devono essere effettuati direttamente alla IPC Sirio marchio di IP CleaningS.p.A.. La validità dei pagamenti a mezzo tratte, cambiali o assegni si intende sempre “salvo buon fine”. Nel caso di ritardato pagamento allescadenze pattuite, la Sirio applicherà gli interessi di mora nella misura di 5 (cinque) punti oltre il tasso ufficiale di sconto fissato dalla Bancad’Italia ed in vigore al momento di applicazione degli interessi medesimi.12. RISERVATO DOMINIO - I beni oggetto del presente contratto rimarranno di esclusiva proprietà della Sirio fino al totale pagamento delprezzo secondo quanto previsto dall’art. 1523 e segg. del C.C.13. GARANZIA - Per la garanzia, vale quanto riportato nella “Cartolina di Garanzia” che accompagna i nostri prodotti, fatto salvo condizioni dideroga stabilite tra le parti con lettera. La non corretta esecuzione sia dell'installazione, sia dell’uso e della manutenzione della macchina(come previsto dai relativi libretti di istruzione e per la sicurezza d’uso), farà decadere la garanzia. La garanzia si applica solo nei confrontidell’Acquirente in regola con i pagamenti.14. CONTROVERSIE - Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il foro di Venezia.

[GB] GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following conditions of sale, unless otherwise provided for by any agreements expressly made and recorded in writing, represent an integralpart of any contractual supply relation which has, as its subject-matter, the products marketed by IPC Sirio, IP Cleaning S.p.A. trademark.1. OBJECT OF THE SALE - The materials’ characteristics are as outlined in the catalogues and price lists in force at the time of delivery.Descriptions and drawings are, however, of an informative nature; IPC Sirio reserves the right to make any technical modifications, evenwithout previous notice which, upon its unobjectionable discretion, may be necessary or useful.2. PRICES - The prices indicated in the list are understood as delivered ex factory, unless otherwise provided for by agreements madenotwithstanding the existing provisions of the law and duly recorded in writing. The prices and conditions of sale shown on the list are notbinding, and IPC Sirio reserves the right to change them, at any time, without prior notice. All consignments are considered to be accepted atthe prices indicated in the official price list in force at the time of delivery. Prices, discounts and conditions of each single consignment arenot binding with respect to subsequent orders.3. DUTIES AND TAXES - The value-added tax (VAT), which is never included in the list prices, and any other duty and tax, even if applied duringthe performance of the contract, must be paid entirely by the Buyer. The Buyer shall also pay for the following: a) stamp duties for bills or bankreceipts issued. b) contract recording and transcription fees. c) all other charges connected to particular requests made by the Buyer or tonon-fulfilment on the part of the same.4. PACKAGING - Packaging expenses will be added to the cost and cannot be returned.5. ORDERS - The orders taken through IPC Sirio agents, representatives or salesmen are always subject to the unobjectionable discretion ofthe same IPC Sirio. Consequently, the above-mentioned orders shall be considered binding only after a written confirmation of the order isdrawn up by IPC Sirio.6. SHIPMENT - The goods are always shipped at the Buyer’s risk, notwithstanding the agreed upon conditions of return.7. TERMS OF DELIVERY - The terms of delivery set at the closing of the contract are understood as terms of shipment of the goods from thefactory. The date of shipment is understood as approximate and is not binding with respect to the Vendor, in particular, for delays caused byacts of God.8. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS - The buyer is responsible for checking the goods immediately after having received them. The goods will beconsidered fully accepted after 8 (eight) days from their arrival to destination. Any claims related to the quality of the goods, under penalty oflapse, must be sent in writing to IPC Sirio, by registered letter with return receipt or by telegram, within 8 (eight) days from the date ofacceptance of the same goods. In case of claims related to running defects, and which can be verified only by operating the product, theconditions for presenting the written claim are within 30 (thirty) days from the date of acceptance of the goods (the document of shipmentissued by the shipping agent will bear witness). In case the claim is accepted as valid, IPC Sirio will be responsible solely for replacing thegoods, free port, while any other form of indemnity is excluded. Claims for any delays or damages caused by the shipping must be addressedto the carrier, upon delivery of the goods, making a written reserve on the same document of shipment which must then be notifiedimmediately, in copy, to IPC Sirio.9. RESHIPMENT OF GOODS - Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation, in writing, by IPC Sirio and unless they are shipped tothe latter, free port and at the buyer’s risk. IPC Sirio’s shipping and transport agents are not authorised to accept goods, nor to receive claims.10. INSTALLATION AND TEST - Installation of the equipment marketed by IPC Sirio and the related electric and water hook-ups will be chargedto the Buyer. Any operations on the part of a IPC Sirio qualified technician for the equipment’s initial running test, will be billed separately.11. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT - In order to be valid, payments must be made directly to IPC Sirio, IP Cleaning S.p.A. trademark. The validityof payments by drafts, bills or cheques are always understood as “subject to collection”. In case of payment after the agreed expiry dates,IPC Sirio shall apply overdue interests to the extent of 5 (five) points above the official discount rate determined by the Banca d’Italia (Bank ofItaly) and in effect at the time of application of the same interests.12. RESERVED PROPERTY - The goods representing the subject-matter of this contract will remain of the exclusive property of IPC Sirio untilpayment is performed in full as according to what is provided by art. 1523 and following amendments of the Civil Code. 13. GUARANTEE - As far as the guarantee is concerned, the terms indicated in the “Guarantee Card” included in our products apply, unlessotherwise provided for by any conditions, stipulated notwithstanding the existing provisions of the law, agreed upon by the parties by way ofletter. Incorrect execution of both the installation and the use and maintenance of the equipment (as provided by the related instructions andsafety booklets), will annul the guarantee. The guarantee will apply only if the Buyer has made all due payments.14. CONTROVERSIES - All controversies are to be dealt with under the jurisdiction of the Court of Venice.
