2.25% Bonds, Series BCCNY-1, due November 13, 2014

The bonds are offered for sale in Canada, the United States, and those jurisdictions in Europe and Asia where it is legal to make such offers. The bonds are not offered for sale in the PRC (as defined herein).

The bonds bear interest at the rate of 2.25% per year. Interest on the bonds is payable on May 13 and November 13 of each year, beginning May 13, 2014. The bonds will mature on November 13, 2014. The bonds are not redeemable before maturity, unless certain events occur involving Canadian taxation.

Payments in respect of the bonds will be made solely in Renminbi (as defined below) by transfer to a Renminbi bank account maintained in Hong Kong, except in certain limited circumstances described herein.

Application will be made for the bonds offered by this prospectus supplement to be admitted to the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and for such bonds to be admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange is not a regulated market for the purposes of the Markets in Financial Investments Directive (Directive 2004/39/EC). Unless the context otherwise requires, references in this prospectus supplement to the bonds being "listed" shall mean that the bonds have been admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market and have been admitted to the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. She served on the 2011 Grey Cup committee and the Vancouver 125 committee.Suzanne served as the Vancouver director for the Federation of Canadian municipalities, where she was the vice chair of the Committee to Increase Women’s Participation in Municipal Government and sat on the Governance Review Committee.

As a Director of Metro Vancouver, Suzanne was a member of the Waste Management Committee, the Land Use and Transportation Committee, and the UBC/Metro Vancouver joint committee.Suzanne served as the Vancouver director on Translink during the initial construction of the Canada Line. While there, she also served on the audit committee.

Please be absolutely sure you wish to contract. We do not work for free. As we are sure you do not work for free either.

Terms and Conditions of all ORDERS are as follows:

All ORDERS are as is, where is. No expressed or implied warranty. No refunds. All orders are payable in full on demand apon the execution of the ORDER. All orders are subject to a 2% per month compounding interest charge. All overdue accounts are subject to collections. All over due accounts are liable for any and all collection costs. All over due accounts in default and/or dishonour are subject to and agree to have any and all available public and/or private assets seized, sold or kept to provide remedy and/or satisfaction for account(s ) in default and/or dishonour.

1. All ORDERS have to have the four, 4, following elements to satisfy the conditions of a proper ORDER: FULL AND COMPLETE DISCLOSURE. EQUAL AND VALUEABLE CONSIDERATION. VOLUNTARY CONSENT OF BOTH PARTIES. ALL ORDERS HAVE TO BE IN WRITING AND HAVE A WET AUTOGRAPH BY BOTH VOLUNTARY PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT.

2. All ORDERS have to be declared as ORDERS. Anything not declared as an ORDER is NOT an ORDER and generates no obligation or duty of performance whatsoever. We do not work for free.

3. All ORDERS are subject to a BILL. The BILLABLE hourly rate for all ORDERS are by default BILLED out at $2,000.00 CAN per hour or portion thereof.

4. All ORDERS over $2000 CAN per hour are CONFIRMED and BILLED out on two counts. One that it is an ORDER and the dollar value of the ORDER.

5. All ORDERS are payable in three ways for your convenience – BITCOIN, GOLD or SILVER. Unfortunately we Do NOT except notes or LEGAL TENDER as payment for ORDERS at this time due to the hyperinflation and inherent instability of most fiat currencies.

6. The man, women, AGENT or EMPLOYEE is liable for any and all ORDERS. Identification has to be presented to place an ORDER of any kind. All ORDERS have to be in writing. Please see #1.

7. Any ORDER applied by coercion, the threat of physical violence, force, fraud, gross negligence or criminal negligence, malfeasance or treason is applicable to additional fees and laying sworn criminal complaints against the any and all aggressors respectively.

8. ANY incarceration or detainment is billed out at $2,000.00 CAN dollars per hour for the entire duration or the incarceration or detainment respectively.

8. Strip searches are billed out at $50,000.00 CAN per strip search. Pat downs are billed out at $10,000.00 CAN. Digging through my brief case or back pack is BILLED out at $8,000.00 CAN.

9. Confiscation or seizing private property is billed out at 10 time replacement costs. We are not going to beg for our private property to be returned. If you took it without consent you now own it. Any and all costs incurred in replacing confiscated or seized private property is added to the bill as well.

10. Any physical injury or physical damage to the man or women is BILLED out at $2,000,000.00 CAN per injury. This includes any physical damage or injury whatsoever.
