CONVENORS' REPORT:

FELLOWSHIP: Tr Anand Vikamshi

HKRT 178 organised a joint fellowship along with HRT 37 on 20th September 2008 at HotelNaveen. The theme of fellowship, "Bollywood Masala" was enjoyed by all the tables of Hubli.HKRT 178 performed a skit from the movie Hera Pheri.

Tr. Anand said, he would plan fellowship from the month of November...as all tablers,presently, are busy with festivals. He further stated that he would also do the follow-up withTr. Bryan for golden cup initiative.

Tr. Sachin asked Tr. Anand to prepare the complete plan regarding fellowships for the rest ofthe year and Tr. Anand agreed to do so.

PROJECTS:

In the process of completing the classroom work, Tr. Parth has raised Rs.20,000/- fromSatyam Sales. Tr. Parth presented the cheque to Tr. Sachin and the entire floor conveyed theirregards to Satyam Sales for their hearty contribution towards a noble cause. Further, aspromised by Tr. Charan, Tr. Sanjeev and Tr. Prashanth, the contribution of Rs.5,000/-, a doorfor the classroom and painting of classroom will be taken care respectively. The inaugurationof the classroom is planned in the first week of November 2008.

Tr. Prashanth proposed to conduct a Car Rally for the blind children on Jan 26, 2009. Tr.Sachin asked Tr. Prashanth to submit the plan in detail.

Tr. Amit informed that he has received fees from 11 tablers and the pending would also becompleted in a short time. There is over Rs.50,000/- in the admin account, out of which

Rs.12,250/- is reserved towards Fellowships and the balance can be used for other purposes.Tr. Amit has also sought for the Net Banking facility with table's banker. This will help thetablers to know the status quo on regular basis.

CHAIRMAN: Tr Sachin Tenginkai

Congratulated Tr. Parth for his efforts in gettingRs.20,000/- contribution towards thecompletion of classroom work. Theclassroom is expected to be completed bythis month end and the inauguration hasbeen planned in the first week of November2008. He requested Tr. Parth to invite

Satyam Sales on behalf of table for theinauguration.

Tr. Amit, who won the Best Secretary Award

for the year 2007-08, received the awardfrom Tr. Sachin. All Tablers of HKRT 178congratulated Tr. Amit for his timely workand for continuing the trend of winningBest Secretary award. It was the 3rd timethat the table won Best Secretary award outof its 4 years history.

The joint fellowship organised on 20th September 2009 along with HRT 37, amounted incontribution of Rs.10,250 by HKRT 178. The proposal for spending from admin account for thesaid purpose was accepted by the floor.

ANY OTHER MATTER:

Tr. Amit, briefly, shared his experiences with all tablers about his tour to USA in the lastmonth. His discussions with Netherlands' students were a great experience and he furtherstated that some of the students might visit our table during Jan 2009.

Tr. Sunil explained about unique spot near Mahabaleshwar for outbound fellowship. Tr. Anandand Tr. Sunil would get further details and would plan for the outbound during November.

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS:

Tr. Amit performed an exceptional sergenting act and collected Rs.750/- from fellow tablers. Itwas exceptional because he touched many soft rules of tabling. The floor too enjoyed it.
