I understand that if I am reassigned, I will be charged a $300 administrative fee and that my current room /apartment will immediately be offered to another student. I will not be charged the reassignment fee if I am notreassigned.

I understand that if I am reassigned, I will remain under contract for the entire academic year and will be held

financially responsible for all housing charges. I cannot later refuse this reassignment or be released from mycontract, though I may try again for reassignment (including applicable fees).
