11 I Management Formula- Integrity, Interest, Initiative, Inputs, Intelligence, Intuition, Innovative, Ideas, Implementation, Information, Improvement.

1. Integrity

You should have integrity (honesty / truthfulness / reliability).

2. Interest

You should have interest in your Assigned Task, Job, Work, Duty, Company, Products or Services and Customer.

3. Initiative

You should not wait for Orders, You should take initiative for Actions to get the result, apply new ideas to solve issues.

4. Inputs

You should not block your eyes, ears, and other senses for inputs, do not presume that input is right or wrong. Take inputs from seniors, juniors, competitors, customers, references, friends, relatives, internet, news papers, magazines, etc.

5. Intelligence

Never underestimate your brain, get final solution from your brain, Believe in yourself, you are Intelligent, You can do it, Have Confidence, Apply your Intelligence.

6. Intuition

Use Intuition (Sixth Sense / Instinct / Insight), when do not get answer from intelligence or from other sources.

7. Innovative

Be Innovative, never put your innovative ideas in dustbin; share it with everyone. If not recognized now, may someone in future will recognize it.

8. Ideas

Be Solution oriented, Bring New Ideas, Respect and Take Ideas from everyone and anyone.

9. Implementation

Take Initiative to implement your Interested Innovative Ideas based upon Inputs and your Intelligence or Intuition.

10. Information

Share Information on time; in right format; and understandable with stakeholders, team; Never Hide Mistakes, Issues, Errors, and Problems.

11. Improvement

Once you will share information, you will receive feedbacks, praise or criticism. Always take feedback with open mind. Remember Feedbacks are to improve your Products or Services and above all yourself. Always work for Improvement.
