    Landscape considerations:

    1) To be sensitive to those unique qualities, to

    enhance them rather than to destroy them.

    2) Creation of landscape space that attracts

    investment corporation.

    3) Reactivating the access to the river andrevitalizing its shoreline.

    4) Uncovers and showcases the natural river

    heritage, while balancing the soft river line

    greenery with the hard elements of landscape.
