1. NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN EXAMINATION CENTREWILL BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2. The candidate must bring this Admit Card at the ExaminationCentre. No candidate will be allowed entry without this AdmitCard. The candidate is also required to bring one of the photoidentification card in original viz. Voter Identity Card, DrivingLicense, PAN Card, Unique ID Card/Passport or Addhar Cardalong with this Admit Card. The identity of the candidate will bematched from the proof. The Candidates are advised to bringone recent passport size photograph in the examination centre

3. The written examination will be held on 20th October, 2013 from10.00 A.M. to 01.00 P.M. The candidate is requested to reach

/Report Examination Centre as per reporting time given abovebefore the commencement of the Examination i.e. at 9.15 A.M.Bring Two Black/Blue Ball Point pens for the Examination.

Answers of questions are to be given by the candidate in thecomputerized Carbonless OMR Answer Sheet only bydarkening the circles.

4. No candidate will be allowed to enter the ExaminationCentre after the scheduled time of commencement ofexamination i.e. 10.00 A.M. No late coming is allowed.

5. Possession and Use of electronic devices such as MobilePhone, Micro Phone or any other Associated Accessories,Calculator, Log Tables, pager, Digital Diary, Book / Notes etc.are strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall. If any candidateis found in possession of any of these devices / documents

his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled. As such theCandidate should not bring Mobile Phone/Micro Phone etc.at the Examination Centre. BSNL will not be responsible for itssafe custody / loss.

6. Please retain this Admit Card for future records and to beproduced at time/stage of checking of documents afterqualifying in the written test. In case your Admit card is withoutphoto, please bring two passport size photographs, dulyattested by Gazetted Officer at the time of Examination andhandover to the Room Invigilator

The Written Examination shall consist of Objective Type 150Questions (PART-I : 45 Questions of Management Aptitude, 30Subject related questions either on Telecom or Finance and

PART-II :75 Questions ofCognitive Ability to judge quantitativeability & reasoning etc. with 4 multiple choice answers out ofwhich you have to choose one correct answer only. Eachquestion carries two marks. There is a negative marking inwritten test i.e. mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer@ (0.50 marks) of the allotted mark for each question. Thecandidate is required to qualify in both parts of the examination.

8. The Candidates appearing in the written test should, in theirown interest, check their eligibility in all respect so as to avoiddisappointment at any later stage. Your candidature for thewritten test is "PURELY PROVISIONAL" pending detailedscrutiny of your fulfilling the eligibility conditions as mentionedin the advertisement for the post you have applied for. In case,it is found at any stage that the candidate does not fulfill theeligibility criteria, candidature of such candidate is liable to berejected at any stage of recruitment process or even afteroining if any information provided by the candidate is foundfalse or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteriamentioned in the advertisement including Caste Certificate

9. The details printed on this admit card must be checked by the

candidate. In case your admit card mentions some other post/ discipline then candidate is advised to personally report, oneday before the conduct of examination at the 'FacilitationCounter' on 19th October 2013 (Saturday) from 1000 hrs to1200 hrs with 2 passport size photographs along withdocumentary evidence/proof so that necessary corrections aremade and fresh admit card is issued accordingly. The addressof the 'Facilitation Counter' will be made available at BSNL'swebsite www.externalexam.bsnl.co.in

10. No request for change in name, category, date of birth, etc.shall be entertained since the candidates were advised tocheck their details in the online application before submission.

11. No traveling expenses shall be reimbursed for appearing inthe written examination.

12. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Exam Hall beforethe conclusion of the Written Exam. The candidates shall handover the complete Question Paper and carbon less OMRanswer sheets to the invigilator, who will give 2nd copy of theOMR to the candidate.
