A Healthy Baby Begins With You Educational community baby showers to increase awareness and knowledge of infant mortality and well-baby care issues. Health Disparities Advisory Coalition (HDAC) Community engagement coalition to eliminate health disparities by improving communication, access, and utilization of resources.
Language Line Services Services to improve health access and quality of care to non-English speaking and l imi t ed -Eng l i sh speaki ng c l ient s (approximately 250 languages available).
Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Interpretation and translation services for people with non-English speaking and limited-English speaking capabilities.
