Claiming is simple… • Purchase a qualifying product between

1st January – 31st December 2016

• You can claim online via worcesterpromotions.co.uk. Simply upload your merchant invoice and complete the online claim form.

• Alternatively, you can fill in one of the voucher forms in

this booklet and send by post with a photocopy of your

merchant invoice to:

have not been paid because you have supplied Worcester, Bosch

4. The Promotion is open to Gas Safe Registered/OFTEC installers resident in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland (an “Eligible Participant”).

5. The Promoter assumes that by using the website and/or entering the Promotion (and you warrant that) you are aged 18 or over.

6. If you are entering the Promotion as an employee of an organisation then you have an obligation to (i) inform your employer about the Promotion, and (ii) obtain the permission of your employer to enter the Promotion

7. To receive the Cash-back Award (as defined in term 10) you must purchase a: 7.1. Greenstore Unvented Cylinder; or 7.2. Greenstore Solar Compatible Unvented Cylinder, (each a “Qualifying Product” and together the “Qualifying Products”) from a merchant

during the Promotional Period.8. The Promotion only applies to Qualifying Products which have been supplied and

distributed by the Promoter within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The Promoter will not accept any Qualifying Products that are purchased from alternative markets.

9. This Promotion is not available on any second hand or graded stock. Cash-back Award10. The Cash-back award is £100 (“Cash-back Award”).11. The Cash-back Award is non–transferable and there is no alternative. The Promoter

reserves the right to substitute awards of equal or greater value at any time.

How to claim the Cash-back AwardTo claim this Award, before the Closing Date, you must either:12.1a Claim online via worcesterpromotions.co.uk. Simply upload your merchant invoice and

complete the online claim form.12.1b Or fully complete the claim form and include a copy of the invoice(s) of the Qualifying

Products(s) and post to: Worcester Promotions, Freepost RRYA-BZKT-GGSH, c/o Carousel Marketing Ltd, Newhall Court, George Street, Birmingham B3 1QA.

13. The invoice must show the installer’s name and address, purchase date, product make and model, the invoice number and the total cost. Please do not send original invoices as they will not be returned. The name and address on the claim form must match the name and address on the invoice.

14. All other proof of purchase will not be accepted, including, but not limited to, illegible invoices, delivery dockets, receipts (part payment or otherwise), delivery notes, confirmation of orders or other handwritten documents.

15. The Administrator will only verify the relevant invoices to the extent of the transaction involving the Qualifying Products; participants agree to censor their invoices accordingly.

16. Only complete claims will be accepted and failure to provide all of the necessary information and/or documentation will invalidate your claim. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for claims that are lost, incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Administrator by the end of the Promotional Period for any reason.

17. The Promoter will not accept any claims by fax, telephone or email. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

18. Upon receipt of the documents referred to in term 11, the Administrator will make payment of the Cash-back Award.

19. Please allow up to 28 days from receipt of the Claim Form for payment of the Cash-back Award.

20. The Cash-back Award will be awarded to the installer in his professional capacity and is awarded for business use only.

21. The Promoter will only pay the Cash-back Award into the professional bank account named on the Claim Form (“Bank Account”) and requests to transfer to any other bank account will not be considered. The payment of any Cash-back Award will be by BACS.

Qualifying Product

the Promotional Period (“Entry”).

9. One Entry will be made per Qualifying Product purchased. There is no limit as to the number of Entries an Eligible Participant can make.

10. The Promotion only applies to Qualifying Products which have been supplied and distributed by the Promoter within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The Promoter will not accept any Qualifying Products that are purchased from alternative markets.

Prize

11. The prize will be a Palmer Sport Racing Day, including the chance to drive 6 different cars at Bedford Autodrome, obtain photographs as well as video footage of the day and receive breakfast, lunch, tea and refreshments (“Prize”).

12. There are a total of 18 Prizes to be won.

How to claim the Prize

13. All Eligible Participants will be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win the Prize (“Prize Winners”). Two Prize Winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying Entries on the following days:

13.1. 1st February 2016; 13.7. 1st August 2016;

13.2. 1st March 2016; 13.8. 1st September 2016;

13.3. 1st April 2016; 13.9. 1st October 2016;

13.4. 1st May 2016; 13.10. 1st November 2016;

13.5. 1st June 2016; 13.11. 1st December 2016; and

13.6. 1st July 2016; 13.12. 1st January 2017.
