6. Install the supplied small black plastic washers and #8-32 ESNA half nuts onto the upper studs and snug butdo not completely tighten at this time.

5. Align the E&G mesh grille over the factory grille, mak-ing sure the studs pass through the openings in thefactory grille. Carefully turn the grille over and installthe supplied lower mounting brackets and #8-32 ESNAhalf nuts across the bottom of the grille. The centerstud will use the supplied 1.006 x .189 x .062 blackplastic washer instead of a lower mounting bracket.

7. Be advised of the location of the outer grille alignmentpins. These pins need to fit into the holes in the headlight assemblies for proper grille alignment.

8. Clip the assembled grille back into the factory mountingpoints.

4. Apply masking tape around the edges of the factory grilleemblem boss, making sure you protect the factory paintedfinish while aligning the overlay mesh grille.

9. Thoroughly tape around the painted bumper openingusing several layers of masking tape. Measure and markthe exact center of the bumper cover opening (whereshown) using a grease pencil or marker.
