Select the market you will serve, the services you will offer, and the technologies you will use.
Make sure that structure
serves strategy.
Align your leadership style to your strategy and to your stage of organizational development.
Identify the steps that lead to the achievement of your purpose.
Multiply your radius of influence by investing in others.
Install systems for measuring whether you are being true to your core values.
