The robots can teleport, but not while carrying people. 18 people plus one morbidly obese person are trapped in a burning building, which will collapse in exactly 28 minutes. The firerobot can carry 4 people at a time and the obese person on their own, and it takes 5 minutes while carrying either the 4 people or the obese person to make it outside the building. If the robot decides to leave the obese person 'til last, how many people will survive?
