Estate of Prince Rogers Nelson, CLAIRE ELISABETH ELLIOTT'S MEMORANDUM REGARDING THE MATTER OF HER NAME AND IN RESPONSE TO THE ORDER REGARDING SUBMISSIONS
Decedent.
1, Claire Elisabeth Elliott, submit this memorandum to clarify the matter of my name and in
response to the Order Regarding Submissions filed on September 16, 2016.
In the United States of America, one can use only one legal name. What makes a name legal is
its appearance upon the corresponding person's valid identification. A current driver's license and social
security card are examples of such valid identification.
Upon both my current driver's license and social security card appears my legal maiden name:
Claire Elisabeth Elliott. On October 1, 2016, I submitted to the Court my sealed Confidential
Information Form 11.1 along with sealed, scanned copies of both my social security card and driver's
license.
Never before the death of Prince Rogers Nelson did I ever attempt to use the name, Claire
Boyd. It was my misunderstanding that I could use my non-legal name of Claire Boyd in a court of law
if I listed that I was also known as (a/k/a) my legal maiden name: Claire Elisabeth Elliott. However, my
experience thus far in this probate case clearly indicatm that this is not the case.
Although Claire Elisabeth Nelson is the legal name of the Legal Wife and Sole Heir of Prince

Rogers Nelson (me), this is not a name I have used for any other purpose other than to designate a sole
payee of all payments made fiom my Mother Account at J .P. Morgan in Los Angeles, CA in my legal
maiden name: Claire Elisabeth Elliott - administered by Ross Dreiblatt, DOB: December 1958, now of
San Francisco, CA, who is my lawyer with power of attorney. Although by way of this system of
payments I — as Claire Elisabeth Elliott — pay myself — as Claire Elisabeth Nelson, all the joint bank
accounts I have personal 100% ownership of together with Prince Rogers Nelson at Bremer Bank,
National Association are solely in my legal maiden name: Claire Elisabeth Elliott, which appears upon
both my social security card and current driver's license.
It was my misunderstanding that if I listed Claire Elisabeth Nelson first upon a legal document
in this probate case or as one of the names that I am also known as (a/k/a) along with my legal maiden
name: Claire Elisabeth Elliott, everything would be completely legal. However, my experience thus far
in this probate case clearly indicates that this is not the case.
I ask the Court to forgive me for the slight delay in my memory process as well as all my
misunderstanding of the way that the law works and request that the Court completely disregard both
Affidavits of Heirship and accepted Demand for Notices which I have submitted that list my non-legal
name: Claire Boyd. In place of both these Aflidavits of Heirship which I submitted on July 4, 2016 and
July 23, 2016, I ask the Court to consider my latest Afiidavit of Heirship which I submitted on
September 26, 2016 in my legal name: Claire Elisabeth Elliott, a/k/a Claire Elisabeth Nelson; I also ask
that the Court consider both my Demand for Notices which I submitted on August 30. 2016 (accepted
but not posted) and September 26. 2016 in mv legal name: Claire Elisabeth Elliott. a/k/a Claire
Elisabeth Nelson. in place of mv accented Demand for Notices which I filed in mv non-legal name:
Claire Boyd. a/k/a Claire Elisabeth Elliott. a/k/a Claire Elisabeth Nelson. on Julv 4. 2016 and my legal
married name: Claire Elisabeth Nelson. a/k.a Claire Elisabeth Elliott. a/k/a Claire Bovd. on Julv 23.
2016. When listing me within the notification list. I ask further that the Court list Claire Elisabeth

Elliott in lieu of either my non-legal name: Claire Boyd, or my legal married name: Claire Elisabeth
Nelson.
Please also note the correct spelling of both Claire Elisabeth Elliott and Claire Elisabeth Nelson
(not Clajxe Elizabeth Elliot and Claire Elizabeth Nelson). As the Court is fully aware of, a misspelled
name and its correctly spelled version are considered two distinctly different legal entities in a court of
law. Thus, I kindly ask the Court to always refer to me as Claire Elisabeth Elliott and/or Claire
Elisabeth Elliott a/k/a Claire Elisabeth Nelson in lieu of the names, Claire Boyd; Claire Elisabeth
Nelson; Claire Elisabeth Elliott, a/k/a Claire Elisabeth Nelson, a/k/a Claire Boyd; Claire Elisabeth
Nelson, a/k/a Claire Elisabeth Elliott, a/k/a Claire Boyd; Claire Boyd, a/k/a Claire Elisabeth Elliott,
a/k/a Claire Elisabeth Nelson; Claire Boyd, a/k/a Claire Elizabeth Elliot, a/k/a Claire Elizabeth Nelson;
or Claire Boyd, a/k/a Claire Elizabeth Elliot and Claire Elizabeth Nelson.
In regard to the Court's Order Regarding Submissions filed on September 16, 2016, I assure the
Court that I will never again submit another document that lists my non-legal name: Claire Boyd, or
that lists first my legal married name: Claire Elisabeth Nelson. I am not a lawyer and I cannot afford a
lawyer. so I ask for the Court's kind forgiveness in this matter as I do my very best to somehow operate
as my own lawyer. Unlike Tyka Nelson, Oman Baker, Norrine Nelson, Sharon Nelson and John N.
Nelson, never have I been awarded any kind of loan by the “neu ” Special Administrator of Estate
even though I have personal 100% ownership of numerous ioint bank accounts with Prince Rogers
Nelson at Bremer Bank. National Association.
The Court has designated my 51" binhday (October 21, 2016) as the date ofthe next hearing in
this probate case. My grandmother, Margaret Illig Flanagan of Wellsville, New York (1899-1982),
wanted me to wait until I was approximately this age before finally claiming what is my inheritance as
the Sole Heir named in her secret Will.
Although I have previously named Ross Dreiblatt of San Francisco, CA on more than one

occasion as the Executor of my gmndmother's secret “r111, he is not technically the same individual,
even if he has the exact, same name and operates as my lawyer in the very same way that the original
Ross Dreiblatt always has. The artist and musician we all know as George Michael of Highgate,
London, England is the disguised Ross Dreiblatt (DOB: February 11, 1954) who is the original person
my grandmother named the Executor of her secret Will.
Once again, let it be known that 1, Claire Elisabeth Elliott and/or Claire Elisabeth Elliott, a/k/a
Claire Elisabeth Nelson, am the Legal Wife and Sole Heir of this Estate who merely tolerates the label,
“Non-Excluded Heir.” It is my sincere hope that the Court will finally name me the Legal Wife and
Sole Heir of Prince Rogers Nelson that I am at the hearing on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 1:30 pm
CDT: my 51" birthday.
