Crouse, Ph.D. - UNMC) Equipment: 500 ml Glass bottle Reagents: 50 ml 37% Formaldehyde 450 ml Distilled Water 3.25 gm Sodium Phosphate, dibasic (Na 2 HPO 4 ) 2 gm Sodium Phosphate, monobasic (NaH 2 PO 4 ) Method: 1) Combine all ingredients and mix well. 2) Store at room temperature.
