Vincent Van Groski, Sommelier, brings to Desert Mountain 18 years of extensive wine knowledge and prestigious hospitality experience. As a Wine Steward, Vincent most recently handled the daily operations of one of the busiest and most successful wine bars at Fry’s Food, Scottsdale. Previous to Fry’s Food, Vincent was the Wine Captain at the Phoenician Resort where he helped imple-ment wine menus and staff training programs at the resort’s three high-end restaurants. Vincent will join the team at Constantino’s on Monday.
