Current status of Purdue Study Abroad Programs:

• Spring 2021: Programs have been suspended.

• Spring Break 2021: Suspended due to changes in the university calendar, which eliminated spring break 2021.

• Summer and Fall 2021: At this time, we anticipate these programs will be running, though some may have some changes or adjustments.

Any updates will be communicated by our office as we have them.

COVID-19 and Study AbroadPurdue is closely monitoring the world-wide situation and uses many factors to determine if a program will run. These include but are not limited to:

• U.S. Department of State Travel Alerts

• C.D.C. Travel Guidelines

• Travel restrictions and border closures – ability to enter/leave the country and/or obtain a visa

• Program’s ability to safely host students and a review of what procedures and protocols are in place
