Windows 8 – Let’s talk about ARM

• ARM will be the dominant processor on Windows 8 tablets

• Intel / AMD will continue to dominate on desktops

• Windows 8 will also run on Intel Atom processors

• Applications that target the new WinRT / Metro will run across all platforms

• Older desktop applications (x86 targeted) will not run on ARM
