• Science explains the how, but not the why. Religion explains the why, but usually not the how.

Religion says (at least Christianity) that God created this universe and everything in it so that we humans could enjoy the works of His hand and become stewards of what He has made.

(2) Confession: person must admit and take responsibility for their action.

(3) Correction: person must do what he/she can to repair the harm
