Teresa Pimpinelli, Senior4 Counsel for the Commission of hearing.5 For your consideration is the initial6 application of Mr. Mount for his casino key7 employee license.8 I do note for the record that Mr. Mount9 reached out to the commission staff by e-mail

10 which was forwarded to your attention.11 Jordan Hollander is appearing on behalf12 of the Division.13 MR. HOLLANDER: Good morning, Chairman14 and Commissioners. Jordan Hollander on behalf15 of the Division of Gaming Enforcement.16 The Division submitted a report dated17 February 19, 2020, requesting a conference in18 this matter to address Mr. Mount's financial19 history as more fully set forth in that report.20 As counsel noted, Mr. Mount did not21 request a conference regarding application for22 a casino key employee license, but he has23 submitted written correspondence to the24 Commission whereas he indicated he is not25 interested in participating in a conference in

1 ITEM NO. 62 On January 29th, 2020, the Division3 filed an application for a suspension and a4 complaint for the revocation of Miss5 Perez-Jusino's casino key employee license.6 As set forth in that complaint, Miss7 Perez-Jusino was charged with a casino-related8 theft, and that matter is still pending9 adjudication.

Which12 she was -- and, you know, I just -- I don't --13 It's just hard for me because I don't --14 everything got -- like, I'm confused. I'm15 like -- like, the laws, I don't know what I16 should take the next step or anything because17 the only thing I received is this letter saying18 that I'm terminated. Or I haven't received19 anything from -- not the court, and they told20 me they not going to do anything until the21 court -- they have settled with the court. And, like, I don't -- like, that's17 all I -- the only thing I have is of the court18 is what they sent from the Commission, that the19 only charges that I have. And next for the20 court, they haven't give me a paper or21 anything. Only the schedule letters. And22 then -- or these ones. The only -- that's what23 I'm saying.24 The only thing I received, I received25 the one that said suspended, and I received the

10 told me it had nothing to do with the same11 thing. It's two different cases.12 And then to try to talk to you guys13 before I actually went to court again, but they14 have me going back and forth. And, like, I15 haven't talked to nobody on my cases.16 CHAIR PLOUSIS: For the record, what is17 your address now?18 MS.
