Sa mission est d’être au service et à l’écoute des besoins des usagers de sa bibliothèque. Il/Elle gère de l’information documentaire et lui

confère une valeur ajoutée, quel que soit l’organisme où se déploie son activité.


Le/La bibliothécaire met à disposition de tous …les documents présents dans les collections … Il/Elle offre un accès libre et illimité à la

connaissance, la pensée, la culture et l’information, sous réserve de restrictions définies par la loi. Il/Elle veille à rendre les usagers/usagères

autonomes.

Le/La bibliothécaire fournit à tous, selon leurs besoins, les moyens nécessaires à l’obtention de ressources à distance, qu’elles soient

électroniques ou non.




Le/La bibliothécaire engage sa responsabilité personnelle à l’égard de tous les usagers/usagères en faisant preuve d’efficacité, de disponibilité

et de diligence.

Il/Elle garantit la confidentialité des informations qu’il/elle possède concernant les usagers/usagères et la nature de leurs demandes.

Il/Elle sélectionne les sources utilisées pour collecter l’information demandée et dirige ses usagers/usagères vers d’autres spécialistes ou institutions lorsque ses compétences ou les ressources à sa disposition

ne répondent pas efficacement à la demande.

Dans tous les cas, il/elle se doit d’agir avec discernement.

1 Veröffentlichte Werke dürfen zum Eigengebrauch verwendet werden. Als Eigengebrauch gilt:

Bundesgesetz über das Urheberrecht und verwandte Schutzrechte (Urheberrechtsgesetz, URG) 2008 Art. 19 Verwendung zum Eigengebrauch + Art 20 Vergütung

a. jede Werkverwendung im persönlichen Bereich und im Kreis von Personen, die unter sich eng verbunden sind, wie Verwandte oder Freunde;

b. jede Werkverwendung der Lehrperson für den Unterricht in der Klasse;

c. das Vervielfältigen von Werkexemplaren in Betrieben, öffentlichen Verwaltungen, Instituten, Kommissionen und ähnlichen Einrichtungen für die interne Information oder Dokumentation.

Art. 20 Vergütung für den Eigengebrauch1 Die Werkverwendung im privaten Kreis gemäß Artikel 19 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a ist unter Vorbehalt von Absatz 3 vergütungsfrei.




2 Wer zum Eigengebrauch berechtigt ist, darf unter Vorbehalt von Absatz 3 die dazu erforderlichen Vervielfältigungen auch durch Dritte herstellen lassen; als Dritte im Sinne dieses Absatzes gelten auch Bibliotheken, andere öffentliche Institutionen undGeschäftsbetriebe, die ihren Benützern und Benützerinnen Kopiergeräte zur Verfügung stellen.

Art. 20 Vergütung für den Eigengebrauch2 Wer zum Eigengebrauch nach Artikel 19 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b oder Buchstabe c oder wer als Drittperson nach Artikel 19 Absatz 2 Werke auf irgendwelche Art vervielfältigt, schuldet dem Urheber oder der Urheberin hierfür eine Vergütung.
