PRESSINGTECHNOLOGY
The press control integrates aSiemens PLC allowing themanagement of different workingmethods: position, range, distancefrom contact and time in constantforce.
Free software with intelligentfunctions to monitor the process andcomplete reports of the pressingresults including:
- Load in stroke, distance fromcontact, contact position, finalposition and final load.
- Pressing curves.- PC storage of the results of every
process in csv. files.- Capacity for 100 working
programs.- Integration of warnings and
alarms.
The PE-50 UCC servo press head alsointegrates the PLC and the softwareof the electric press.
Safety brake is included as standardin the PE-50 electric press and optionalin the PE-50 UC / UCC servo pressheads.
AGME electric presses have multipleapplications in both componentassembly processes and in otherrelated operations: joining, insertion,pressing, bending, riveting, rollingover, flaring, punching, clinching, test,control and marking.
In addition, our standard presses canbe adapted to the specific needs ofevery application in terms ofdimensions, frame and controlfunctions and can be delivered as“turnkey” solutions.

The AGME PE-50 electric presscomprises of the frame, electriccylinder, electric components andsafety systems. The press works ina self-sufficient and intelligent wayand is managed by a Siemens PLC,control software and a 12” HMIInterface tactile panel in an integratedindustrial PC.
The PE-50 UC servo press heads areelectric press systems which includethe servomotor and a driver butexclude the control unit. This allowsthe customer the flexibility to integratea controller and software of their choiceand complete their own cabling /electrical cabinet design.
The PE-50 UCC servo press head isan intelligent press which has aservomotor / driver and PLC (with thepress programs installed) supplied witha mounting plate. All that’s required isthe integration into the machineelectrical cabinet and programmingthrough a laptop or the machine PC.
