Once the engineer enters the main screen, the list of “My Calls” will be displayed.

You can search for other calls by using the filters right menu.

- I am an engineer: I will see my assigned calls

- I am a manager: I will see the list of my team calls

Top banner infoA counter of alerts pending to read:

A counter of my assigned calls is always displayed as a red bullet on the top screen banner:

A counter of the number of filtered calls is displayed as a red bullet on top of the magnifier icon:

Call list elementsThe list of calls include the most relevant information for each call such as a color coding to visually indicate the most relevant statuses.

Call severityCall status 3 chars abbreviation (closed, new, dispatch, …)

The ball color changes according to the call severity:

A – Red

B – Orange

C – Yellow

S – White

The left color bar depends on the QAD update requests status:

Error – Red

Pending– Orange

No request pending – None

The appointment icon will be shown if a visit to the end user has been scheduled:

The call icon will be show if the end user has been contacted

General infoInformation about the call itself is shown.

End user detailsInformation about the End User is provided: contact information.

Appointment with Customer: Allows the call owner to set up an appointment. If it’s already set, information about visit date will be shown.

Product detailsInformation about the related product is provided: serial number and installation date.

Dispatching historyHistory of the call’s different dispatch statuses.

Header ButtonsAllow to refresh information, send an email to care center and edit call data.

Call LinesInformation about labor and parts.

Call HistoryInformation about call changes (Status, Owner, Sev.).

Parts requested (Material orders and RMA orders)Information regarding the parts requested for the specified product is provided.

Parts container open by default.

My Calls (FSE logged on)Calls where the FSE is the owner or owns a line are listed and sorted by status:

• Dispatch 1st

• Callback 2nd

• BO-SPO 3rd

• OnSite 4th

• Commited 5th

• Monitor 6th

Severity (A 1st, B 2nd. etc…) and Open Date (from newer to older)

My Calls (Manager logged on)Calls assigned to Manager or to his FSEs are listed and sorted in the same way as for the FSE

Other possible orders to filter:When filtering, the list can be also sorted by engineer or severity.

The “Set as My calls” option will redefine the My Calls option, allowing to change filters or order.

If The Owner appearing in the list is not the engineer itself, that means

That the engineer owns a line.

DescriptionThis screen will show the 50 last alert messages received by the engineer regarding calls and events. Once the user enters this screen, pending messages will be checked as read.

Monthly viewThe vents in the monthly view are represented by a colored ball, the meaning of the colors is:

• Black: There’s at least one “Unavailable” event that day.

• Blue: There’s a full day event, but the Engineer is available.

• Green: There’s an event that will no take the whole day and the Engineer is available.

Daily viewIn this view, the events of the day will be show:

• By tapping an event, the details will be shown (allowing to update or delete).

• By long tapping an event, the system will ask if we want to delete it.

• By tapping outside event, the create event screen will appear.

The top right side menu will allow the user to view other engineers calendar.Only the managers will be able to create or modify any event from another engineer’s calendar.

1. Calendar new features:

• Event drag and drop

• Bank holidays automatically import using an excel containing them

2. Reports:

• Notifications report implemented

• All the reports improved in look & feel

3. Mobile notifications:

• Users can configure the reception of mobile notifications and emails by using the corresponding checkbox located in ‘My Account’ screen

• A custom notification module enabled in ‘My Account’ screen letting the user to subscribe to a certain call notifications from a specific end user.
