Comments and suggestions

The duration of the LMS should be extended: 10-days were found to not be sufficient; the time was very tight and it was difficult to assimilate the courses;
The LMS should include more practical training: it was very interesting but the content of the training included more theoretical than practical training;
The courses on pre-packages goods were found very useful, therefore they should be presented into more details at other future events
Include additional courses in the programme of the LMS, such as electricity meters, gas meters, and petroleum
