I started this Complaint after legal advice and reading the Discrimination Act on the 12 th of August 2014, if the PM wishes to starve me into submission I will take it as an Act of Terrorism against me. Remote Jobs and Communities Program replaces Job Services Australia in a small number of Remote towns with Aboriginal Populations and is the responsibility of Prime Minister and Cabinet. I made a complaint of RJCP and received this reply from PM&C. Quote: you are formally advised that the Customer Service Line will not accept further contact from you about your servicing arrangement. PM&C is refusing to engage in lawful political activity, discriminating & removing my rights under Act I’ve had no service “Parked” by JSA since 2010 after Blacklisting by the Australian Workers Union, the Employment providers removed committed funds and the Menindee Centrelink Agency Manager conspired with Centrelink to falsify attendance breaches. No actions have been taken. The complaint included an unsolicited bus bill from Central Darling Shire Council through LET’s Employment and removal of Cert 4 Web training in 2011 which hasn't been restored to this day. Murdi Paaki RJCP deliberately created multiple attendance breaches at the Menindee Centrelink Agency in an attempt to force its use in support of the Agency Manager, after I informed them of my exemption from its use through Ombudsman’s investigation & agreement made by Human Services Murdi Paaki use the Menindee Centrelink Agency for appointments and knowingly/deliberately breached me multiple times before demanding I attend office 110km away where JSA staff assaulted me & RJCP defamed me claiming move from Menindee to Broken Hill was in concern of Staff safety. My complaint is of illegal JSCI Assessments and falsified content under Other Personal Factors; this was done in an attempt to justify Human Services illegal actions through CDSC Centrelink Agency. There is also the matter of a Job through Mildura Commonwealth Employment Service where the Boulevard Motor Inn, 385391 Deakin Avenue was payed a wage subsidy to employee me as a Gardener. My back was injured and documentation was made at the CES before employer severance of which Government is now trying to deny occurred, this documentation must be returned. In summary: My complaint is about Governments continued Discrimination and defensive denial of wrongdoing which has only served to turn more Government Servants against me in their defence. Also intimidation by Government and Servants through falsified JSCI and sharing of perconceived defamatory attributes. This has lead to further Government discrimination in access to basic services No Services since Murdi Paaki forced appointments to Broken Hill, 110 km from my town of Menindee in June/July 2014. No money since payment of 14 Aug 2014. I’ve no transport or phone. I will not repeat the defamatory information spread by Central Darling Shire, Agency Manager, Human Services, JSA or RJCP employees. I cannot access Broken Hill Legal Aid nor am I going too. History: Many years ago my provider was Murdi Paaki before they became RJCP. The lady was complaining to me she had to service Wilcannia, Ivanhoe and Menindee commuting between these towns by car and attend/run office in Broken Hill which was why she was late/missed appointments. I got transferred to Sureway Employment, after which I travelled to Mildura and got myself a job with then Mildura Removals `N' Storage in 7 Hynes Ct. Sureway contacted me, demanding I supply them pay details, then harassed my employer on the phone which resulted in me getting sacked. Another Sureway employee & Menindee Centrelink Agency Manager began discussing my personal life. Then the employee decided to share erroneous personal details over a bar, asked why I was such a girl and lived with my parents! Defaming me in public, DEEWR then transferred me to LET’s.

This is about malice and discrimination by Government. There are many reasons why Governments have persisted with hard line position and done this specifically to me, relating to politics, policies and protectionism.

First with Labor protecting illegal actions of Centrelink.

The Reason:

The Centrelink Manager and those associated are Career Government/Centrelink Persons, my

experience is not alone.

Hi statistical numbers in employment is job security. Client employability is categorized through

Centrelink interviews and assessments, no one I know has been blacklist by unions so I guess it’s safe to

say we don’t make up a high majority of the General Population.

So areas of people with disadvantage or high numbers of people categorized as undesirables, reduces the overall number of Employment required by a given Centrelink office to be seen as doing their job.

Broken Hill is our office 110 km away from Menindee.

High Lead levels, drug abuse, violence and unemployment are the norm for this area.

That said I have talked to some people in Broken Hill who are intelligent, highly disadvantaged through aboriginality or are discriminated against by community, to learn they too have been corruptly down categorized and effectively denigrated to improve overall statistics of corrupted Centerlink Management, the damage self-fulfils the policy.

The most recent reasoning by Liberal party to cover up or ignore my position is in protection of RJCP by PM&C.

Australian content for employment services.

PM and cabinet are responsible and addressable for "RJCP" Remote Jobs and Communities Program https://employment.gov.au/remote-jobs-and-communities-program only in a very small number of Remote towns with Aboriginal Populations. Quote: On 18 September 2013, responsibility for this program was transferred to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

The PM is Minister for Woman, Aboriginal matters and RJCP.

Obviously my case is very complex, but the PM&C reply puts the problem in one paragraph, which is direct discrimination of rights and refusing to engage in a lawful political activity. Grounds under the Discrimination act for protection of rights.

You should know that whilst dealing with Centrelink, regardless of being suspended or receiving payments you have a safety net with Power Bills, food vouchers and other assistance.

I have found this only applies if you have or will seek assistance from Centrelink.

When you go to Saint Vincent or other charities organization they contact Centrelink to see if you have/are seeking payments before helping. So by technicality these services have not been able to offer assistance as I am refusing to deal with these people, who are the ones of which the discrimination complaint includes.

So the Government need merely wait and ignore any body in, or taking my position against such discrimination in the lucky country, guess that’s why we have terrorist but that another story.

I’m a proud and honest man of my word.
