1 TO PLAINTIFFS AND TO THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:

5 GENERALCO~NTS

6 In spite of any instructions or definitions set forth by plaintiffs to the contrary, these

7 Supplemental Responses to Interrogatories are being provided under the requirements of

8 CCP Section 2030.

9 The fact that respondent has answered any interrogatories may not properly be

10 taken as an admission that responding party accepts or admits the existence of any facts set

11 forth or assumed by such interrogatory, or that such response constitutes admissible

12 evidence.

13 The fact that respondent has answered part or all of any discovery propounded is

14 not intended to, and shall not be, construed as a waiver by respondent of all or any part of

15 an objection by respondent to any interrogatory, or any claim or defense.

16 The responses made herein are made in conformance with the common meaning of

7 TAURUS S.A.'s understanding of the December 16,1999 agreement between the parties,

8 FORJAS TAURUS S.A. states the following: Bob Morrison, CEO of Taurus International

9 Manufacturing, Inc., directs the United States distribution, marketing and advertising for

10 FOljas Taurus S.A. In addition, he is familiar with the safety features ofFOljas Taurus

18 Subject to all previously served objections incorporated herein, and FORJAS

19 TAURUS S.A.'s understanding of the December 16,1999 agreement between the parties,

20 FORJAS TAURUS S.A. objects on the grounds that sales from 1995 through 1999 outside

21 of California could never be relevant to the claims brought by plaintiffs, nor are any sales

22 made by FORJAS TAURUS S.A. relevant, as the claims brought by plaintiffs are

23 frivolous and without legal justification. Further, that the release of said information is the

24 subject of yet ongoing discussions between the parties relating to confidentiality
