We’ve made it easier for customers to schedule their work with at Safelite.com. They cannow schedule an appointment on any device without the need to download

an app., and they can complete the entire process online.

We’ve simplified the process of choosing what service best fits the customer’s need – windshield repair, windshield replacement, or side or back window replacement. Customers have the ability to watch educational videos to help make the best decision for their auto glass needs.

We’ve enhanced the part selection process with visuals tohelp the customer select the correct glass. They can more easily
