3. Click on Vyapam under Application.
4. Click on PET/PAT (Pre Engineering Pharmacy / Agriculture Test 2010) under List of Examinations.
5. Read the instructions carefully and click on Continue.
6. Click on OK.
7. Fill the form carefully.
8. Select the Test Subject Option as per your choice.
9. Do select the subject for Test.
10. Click on Continue.
11. Form preview will be displayed.
12. Click on Link if Photo Signature Template doesn’t appear automatically.
13. Photo Signature Template will appear.
14. Take the print of this form, paste your photograph and Sign below it. 15. Scan this and save it in jpeg format.
16. Click on Browse to upload your photograph and signature.
17. Select the saved jpeg image and click on Open.
18. Click on Continue.
19. Online Application and Form No. will appear, do note them.
20. Click on Print.
21. Application form preview will be available.
22. Click on Print. (This print is compulsory to activate Proceed to Payment option and also to check the form for any mistake)
23. Check the form carefully and click on Proceed to Payment.
24. Click on Ok.
25. Select the mode of payment and click on Go.
26. In case of Credit Card, confirm the amount and click on Confirm Payment.
27. Fill all the details and click on Pay.
28. Reference number will be displayed; do note it down for future reference and take the print of your application.
29. In case of Net Banking (Online Debit Facility), select one of the bank from a. State Bank of India OR b. State Bank of Indore
30. In case of State Bank of India, Confirm the amount and click on Submit.
31. Reference number will be displayed; do note it for future reference.
32. Log in to SBI Payment Gateway with your User Name and Password.
33. Confirm the amount and click on Confirm.
34. In case of Pay through SBI Pay Slip. 35. Take the print of cash voucher and make the cash payment in SBI. 36. Do check that Banker returns you the receipt with Deposit Journal Number
written on it.
37. After payment update the details in Update SBI Pay Slip details link available. 38. Your form will be paid after 24 hours of submitting these details. 39. You can take the print of your application from Pay now for unpaid application
link available.
