Protect the cement-coated wall sleeve ZVR from damage, moisture and impurities during installa-tion. Check that all necessary components have been delivered and that they are not damaged. You must not install damaged components.
Installation of the cement-coated wall sleeve ZVR must comply with the relevant professional association regulations, VDE provisions, national safety and accident prevention regulations as well as company regulations (work and procedural instructions).
Do not use solvent-based cleaning agents to clean the cement-coated wall sleeve ZVR! We recommend using a dish soap type of cleaner.

1 General information and intended use
WA-ZVR cement-coated wall sleeve w/ special coating: inner pipe diameters vary in accord with pipe diameters.
When used in conjunction with our seals, an absolutely watertight seal is produced between the pipe or cables and the sleeve. Cement bond sleeves can be set in concrete, walled in, or cast in a wall duct with mortar.

To install the cement-coated wall sleeve correctly, you will need only the usual standard tool.

Important information
• Wall sleeves as supplied match the wall thickness. Please check these dimensions before in-stallation!
• Wall sleeves must be closed with PE-closing covers on both sides!
• During packaging, transportation and storage, the wall sleeves ZVR must not be kept in water or exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight. Soiling and damage to coating must also be avoided.

Push the pipe on the fixed PE cover and place it in the inter-nal formwork.2
1For use at a timber formwork remove the PE-cover from the wall sleeve and nail it to the external formwork.For steel formwork wall sleeves are attached to the rein-forcement with wire or similar materials.
During concreting please ensure a proper compacting all-around wall sleeves (no cavities!).

Remove the PE-cover from the cement-coated wall sleeve just before installation of pipes/cables.
After the formwork is removed, both PE-covers must be put back on the sleeve openings.
PE-covers have to stay in the wall sleeve for concreting.
The distance between the reinforcement and the liner must be at least 5 cm all-around.
