Other shortcomings in the information flow
Road works
There is a lack of knowledge about road works especially on the local road network
The information about the actual status of road works is often missing(start, changes during ongoing work affecting traffic, finished)
Events
Knowledge about events at the TIC is insufficient and often missing

Messures to improve information processing at TIC
Provide support for operators to become more updated by
• facilitate listening to police and rescue patrol conversation
• facilitate listening to active Radio Stations
• improve the operator support system
• adjust the routines for registration and actions
• reconsider the policy for distributing non-verified information
• engage certified drivers to report incidents etc on dedicated
phone number
But most important Operators with the right attitude and knowledge about traffic
