To ensure sample integrity ProFab® Superior Calico is a fine woven, high stitch count calico that features tear resistant stitching and overlocked seam.

ProFab® Superior Calico bags are made from a specialist ProFab material designed to withstand extreme weather conditions from the damp, wet tropics to the hot, dry deserts.

For ease of use Dynamics G-Ex also offers barcoded or pre numbered and barcoded ProFab™ Superior Calico bags.

Samplex® Green heavy duty plastic bags are highly puncture resistant and UV stabilised which maximises their longevity in extreme weather conditions. Samplex® Green heavy duty plastic bags also have a convenient white write-on panel.

Samplex® Press Seal Plastic Bags are mainly used for soil and small rock sampling. They can be filled and then easily sealed by hand and feature a convenient white write on panel.

White Polywoven Bags Samplex® Wet Strength bags are manufactured from a high Wet-Strength Kraft or Geochem paper. Designed to take wet or dry samples in different climates, wet-strength paper will enable the walls of the bags to retain samples when wet, and can be placed in a drying oven to dry.

Samplex® Wet Strength bags have a quick action wire tie closure which folds over and seals the bag when they are transferred to the ovens to dry out. The main use of the Samplex™ Wet-Strength Paper Bags is for storage of processed sample pulps, soil samples, milled RC Chips and seeds.

1. Nesting CapabilitiesThe Trays nest neatly inside of each other when being shipped empty, maximizing the number of trays you can fit onto a pallet, leading to significant savings in freight.

2. RibbingUnique raised ribbed design improves drainage whilst making it easier to slide the core into the box. This assists in the field, helping to retain the quality of the core.

3. Stacking CapabilitiesThe unique stacking design means that the trays stack perfectly on top of each other without the tray above touching the core in the tray below. This means that your core is stored without interference, helping to retain the quality of the core, whilst also giving you far greater stability when the trays are filled and stacked on top of each other.

4. Locking DeviceUnique Discoverer® Locking Device gives superior stability when valuable pallets of core are moved around.

Discoverer Series 1 Tray

The Discoverer Series 1 Tray is perfect for use in conjunction with HyLogging Technology. The black colour is the optimal choice for a backdrop to the HyLogging Scanners when generating digital images, surface profiles and mineralogical interpretations. The evenly spaced rows also means the tray works perfectly in conjunction with the scanning head as it’s programed to scan to specific widths along the core.

VERSATILEThe DYNA-STORE™ has the capacity to store all trays, metal or plastic and in all sizes ranging from BQ to PQ.

STACKABLEThese units are fully Certified, and built to Australian Standards. Each shelf is certified to hold up to a 45KG load, and the rack itself is certified to hold 1.5tonne of core trays.

TRANSPORTABILITYNever construct, de-construct or over handle again, thanks to DYNA-STORE™ fully assembled unit, it arrives on site complete. With forklift guides to the front and rear of the cage, relocate the DYNA-STORE™ whenever necessary, and wherever required.

The Makita Petrol PVC Collar Cutter was designed to aid with the secure plugging of PVC collared drill holes below ground level. The drill collar cutter blade is inserted into the PVC lined drill hole to a depth of approx. 400mm below the surface where the collar is then cut.

Manual collar cutter

Utilising a 2-Part liquid chemical, S-Foam is an easy method of cementing PVC casing in the hole prior to commencing drilling. Mixing the two S-Foam A and S-Foam B in a container causes an exothermic reaction in which the liquids generate heat and expand rapidly. The mix will cool and solidify creating a seal between the collar casing and the annulus of the hole after being poured between the two.

Fitted to the Core Saw is a proximity sensor which automatically cuts the power when body parts come within the blade cover area or when the blade housing is lifted. Dynamic braking for the blade when the Stop or Emergency buttons are activated ensures the operators safety. Both the feed and blade speed are electronically controlled to ensure cutting rate is adjusted to suit core hardness.

The Dust & Water Resistant Freiberg Compass has been one of the best precision mechanical and optical instruments on the market for 230 years. The basic uses for it are; for route surveying, surveying of open pit or underground workings, transfer of geological data onto maps and plans and staking out of claims and sites. Also features a built in lockable Clinometer.

COMP 116 The Cocla is Breithaupt’s top of the range stratum compass. Designed for geological, geophysical, mining, tectonic and rock mechanical applications. The Cocla allows for azimuth and angle of dip measurements to be taken in one single operation. The large circular opening in the compass housing contains the graduated circle, the magnetic needle with circular magnet and the copper dampening pot. At its base the housing is closed by a bottom plate of transparent, unbreakable plastic. This design allows for measurements to be taken and read from above the head.

COMP 117 The Gekom is a robust stratum compass designed according to the measuring method of Prof. Dr. Clar allowing the measurement of the azimuth of dip and angle of dip in one single operation. As the vertical circles are visible from above, the azimuth of dip and angle of dip can be read at a glance. The upper part of the housing can easily be removed for the adjustment of declination and inclination. The housing is made of anti-magnetic and resistant solid light metal with a surface protection anodised in blue colour. The Gekom compass needle automatically arrests when not in use and includes an adjustable inclination weight

Suunto bearing compasses accuracy is 1/3°, graduation 1/2° and this compass weighs only 115 g. The flat, compact housing is water resistant and designed to stand up to heavy-duty wear. The lens apertures of the Suunto KB-14 is restricted horizontally by a column, which automatically centres the eye on the optical axis, thus eliminating parallax.

This instrument is an excellent tool for surveyors, engineers, cartographers, geologists, miners and for anyone who needs to be able to measure direction indications, height, vertical angles and slopes - with speed and accuracy.

Orienteering compasses, or baseplate compasses are the work horses of the compass world, they can be used for almost every navigation exercise. A baseplate compass will probably be the first compass you own and would be the one you want with when your GPS runs flat. They usually include a clear plastic plate with map scales printed on them, the plate itself can be overlaid on a topographical map to measure distances and to set a course from one coordinate to the next.

A Flexistack set allows for multiple screening of mineral samples in a single operation simultaneously. Damaged screen cloths can be replaced quickly and easily. Our Flexistack set is available in the size of 200mm nominal diameter and manufactured from PVC Plastic.

Steel Strapping for general mine store/warehouse usage and used for strapping down both plastic and metal core trays onto pallets for transportation.

Our conventional and pre-stretch hand stretch film provides optimum packaging performance.

PET’s unique qualities make it one of the best strapping materials to use for securing any type of palletised load, especially core trays. PET strapping provides a substantial cost saving as it’s considerable less per metre. Polyester also eliminates the need for metal seals, which provides additional savings and reduces product damage that might occur through the use of steel strapping.
