INT’s missions

• Fixing the minimum elements of LLU offer,

• Approval of LLU offer,

• Establishment of relevant costs classification related to LLU,

• Definition of the LRIC cost accounting method,

• Designation of an auditing organization to audit the financial statements generated

by the accounting of each operator in order to check the costs,

• Taking, on request of one of the parties, a final decision on the technical and

financial aspects of the agreement related to LLU.

Operators obligations

• Provide LLU services to other network operators and telecommunications services

providers for resale to their customers,

• Publish a reference offer for LLU services,

• Respect the principle of cost-orientation and avoid the margin squeeze,

• Communicate to INT, at its request, any information to check that tariffs are cost

oriented,

• Transmit to the INT, no later than 4 months after the closing date of the accounting

period, the financial statements released by the accounting.
