cleanliness. Based on a ten- point checklist, they will create a deep cleaning plan to

establish a baseline for future maintenance. This will also outline the daily, weekly and

2. Deep clean

The deep clean is the first step in establishing a routine of daily, weekly and monthly

maintenance. It sets the stage for maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness for your

office. Depending on how frequent your property is utilised a monthly maintenance

plan will be scheduled.

3. Maintenance Your customized cleaning maintenance plan begins immediately. Our supervisors
