Proceed to the world heritage sites of Hampi and Pattadakal along with Badami, which was once the capital of the Chalukya empire, which covered much of the central Deccan between the 4th and 8th centuries AD. Nearby Aihole hosted the earliest Chalukya capital; later the site was moved to Badami, with a secondary capital in Pattadakal resulting in the whole region being scattered with countless magnificent rock-cut cave temples. Be amazed by the splendid architectural gems of temples and palaces or go rock climbing on its surreal rocks.

Bijapur is an undiscovered tourism town that deserves to be declared a world heritage sites for the dozens of amazing building made by India’s first islamic empire.
