The project Component 3 contains mutual exchange programme by initiation of a twinning approach between the partner regions •A twinning approach will be set-up in order to transfer good experiences to less experienced regions and vice versa •The results will be of great added value to the development of evidence- based policies since it is demonstrated in practice emerging new elements in the development / promotion of entrepreneurial inspiration. •The results will also be an important input to the policy recommendations and the strategic policy framework. •The pilot activities are complementary and are not overlapping the other activities carried out in the project. •The close link between the pilot cases and other project activities gives the partners a unique opportunity for joint interregional learning and ensures a successful transfer of good practice between the partner regions. Such an entrepreneurial approach requires a focus on developing entrepreneurial skills and attitudes, such as a sense of initiative and of commitment and on enabling learners to become responsible for their own learning.

The Czech, Polish and Hungarian partners have chosen best practices from Sweden Initiative n° 2 Growth.

Therefore, they had a possibility to visit good practices Regional EDU Center, Entrepreneurial „Halland”, ENTRIS 2.0

•To reach school development through teachers training in the topic of entrepreneurial learning.

•Important source of knowledge and inspiration of many of the participating school leaders, teachers and guidance counselors.

•As a result of the Growth project is a template for a strategic plan for entrepreneurial learning developed for the participating schools. This template is meant to be a guide to how the school wants to work for Growth with the entrepreneurial issues.

•13 municipalités in Gothenburg region, 33 school organisations in secondary upper school or adult education were involved, 2000 participants

• Set offer (40 courses)

• In-service training ordered by the schools (30 activities)

• In-service training in the shape of processes (5 processes)

• Development projects: (10 larger and 20 smaller projects) Eg. entrepreneurial and ITC skills

• Activities aimed at pupils and students offered to 2000 students eg. experience-based learning

•The objective of the initiative to raise awareness of entrepreneurship, with particular focus on children and young people.

Core initiatives were:1. To promote a positive attitude to entrepreneurship among young people

2. To create forums and an entrepreneurial climate which bring together the education system, the business world and organisations that promote entrepreneurship.

3. To develop the conditions in which ideas can become businesses or commercial prospects.

Entrepreneurial Halland was rewarded with the European Commission’s European Enterprise Award 2010. Congratulations!

Aims to reduce negative stress effects resulting from the changes by promoting step-by-step implementation.•ENTRIS 2.0 will be providing supporting activities to ease the transition of students from the classroom into the workplaces. •So ENTRIS 2.0 will be deepening international and European awareness by organising networking events and coaching sessions. •In return for participation in the ENTRIS 2.0 programme, schools will have to map their own competence gaps where further improvements will need to be carried out. •ENTRIS is open to school staff in participating schools at every level, preschool, primary, secondary and upper secondary school in the counties of Skåne and Blekinge.

•The companies should be vested interest in these "trainings„•Motivating students: practical training stage company committed to
