Parnaiba basin is the second largest onshore natural gas producer in Brazil, and it is responsible for almost 10% of the national

production;

Gas production comes from Gaviao Real, Gaviao Branco, GaviaoVermelho, Gaviao Caboclo and Gaviao Azul fields, which are often

among the largest producers in Brazil;

The area in offer is located in the same geological context of the producing fields and it has potential for similar discoveries;

The mapped leads have unrisked in place volume estimated around 3.5 Tcf of natural gas.
