The easyCONTROLS EC 67 is a microprocessor based freeprogrammable controller designed to control various HVAC applications.Designed to control equipment such as rooftop units, fan coils, heat pumps,ventilator units and terminal units, the EC 67 can also be used for anylighting control and power measurement applications. The EC 67 uses theLonTalk

communication protocol and is LONMARK certified using the

Sensor profile (#1) for its input objects and the Actuator profile (#3) for its

output objects.

It is important for system integrators and installers to be able to easilyunderstand and use Distech Controls products and this is why ease of usehas been made their primary feature. The EC 67 can be programmed byusing the EC Program plug in through either any LNS based software suchas Distech Controls Lonwatcher, or by using a multi protocol platformsoftware supporting LONWORKS devices such as the EC Net

AXsoftware

powered by the NiagaraAX

Framework. The EC Program plug in is uniquein the controls industry because it combines a user friendly Graphical UserInterface (GUI) with the power and flexibility of a code editor and compiler.Distech Controls EC Program plug in uses a unique and simplified versionof BASIC that has been developed in house and that is custom made tosuit controls requirements. Also available for use with the EC Net softwarepowered by the Niagara Framework, the Distech Controls Shadow

Objects and Modules allow one to configure and monitor the EC 67 freeprogrammable controller.

The easyCONTROLS product line is built to meet rigorous qualitystandards and carries a two year warranty. The complete line of

easyCONTROLS controllers is designed for use with any LONWORKSbased and/or any other open and interoperable system such as EC

NetAX
