การประเมน และแนวทางการรกษา ทงน ในทางกจกรรมบ าบดสากล เรานยม Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) - Kielhofner (1997), Canadian Model of Occupational Performance (CMOP) - Law, et al. (1996), Person-Environment-Occupation-Performance (PEOP) - Christiansen & Baum (1997) และ Occupational Adaptation - Schkade & Schultz (1992)

• คอ องคความรทางวชาชพและระบดานทเฉพาะเจาะจงของหลกการทส าคญทาง วชาชพ ซงในกรอบอางองหนงจะ

ประกอบดวยค าอธบายเรองประชากร ทฤษฏเกยวกบการเปลยนแปลง การท าหนาทของรางกายและความบกพรอง

หลกการตางๆ ในการประเมนรกษา บทบาทของผใหบรการทางการแพทย และการใชเครองมอประเมน เชน

Biomechanical Frame of Reference (FoR), Psychosocial Frames of Reference (เชน Cognitive Disability FoR, Behavioral FoR, Cognitive-behavioral FoR), Developmental FoR, Motor control FoR, Neurodevelopmental FoR, Perceptual motor training FoR, Sensorimotor FoR, Sensory integration FoR เปนตน

หลกการ:1

ความสามารถในการท า Occupation เปนกระบวนการทเกดขนตลอดชวตโดยอาศย

กระบวน ปรบ(adaptation) ความตองการในการท ากจกรรม (demands to

perform)

ความตองการของสงแวดลอมในการท ากจกรรม (demands to perform) เปน

ธรรมชาตทเกดขน เปนสวนของการมปฏสมพนธของบคคลกบสงแวดลอม (part of

person- occupational environment interactions)

ถา demand ในการท ากจกรรมมากเกนไป ไมสมพนธกบความสามารถทมอยในตว

บคคลจะสงผลใหไมสามารถท ากจกรรมได

จะกอใหเกดภาวะ dysfunction

ความสามารถในการปรบตว (Adaptive capacity ) จะชวยชดเชยสวนทบกพรองไป
