Meet Mrs. Beth Benjamin:

My background is in classical ballet.

I started my training at age 11 with the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. At age 17, I joined the Pennsylvania Ballet Company in Philadelphia, Pa. and danced with them for 3 years.

I have taught classical Ballet for over 35 years, owning my own ballet studio and teaching on staff with various dance studios in Pa. And Texas; Central Pa. Youth Ballet being among them.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and specialize in the Pilates Method. My first exposure to Pilates was through Romania Kryzanowska, the NYC ballet dancer who brought Joseph Pilates' exercises to the public.

I love to see people reach their body's potential physically and am excited to be a part of the excellent staff at New Life Fitness! I look forward to helping our members discover how to have strength, flexibility, balance and control; to improve their overall health and fitness!

I am now certified in Total Bar. A Total Bar workout involves balance and sculpts the body head to toe. I am looking forward to starting Total Bar classes are coming to New Life Fitness in June. “Pilates and yoga are awesome cross training disciplines. Everyone should have them as part of their overall training program.”- Beth Benjamin.
