RFM is Remote Fleet Management, a seriously smart technology that gives you complete visibility of your equipment on hire. Rather than leaving your generator on site or at your premises and having to run and check how it’s performing, RFM lets you do it all through your desktop, tablet or mobile using our specialist website and connected app.

WHAT CAN I FIND OUT?Map overview – you can see where each machine you have on hire from us is located, as well as being able to fi lter the results if you want to look at a specifi c site or location. Selecting a unit will show you serial number, model and closest depot to that generator.

Machine performance – as well as seeing what you have on hire, you can also see how effectively it’s working. View fuel levels, operating hours, oil pressure, battery levels and engine temperature.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF RFM? Increased security – know where all your equipment is at all times, and if it’s moved off site we can track it.

Reduced running costs – better visibility of energy usage can help you manage your power usage more effi ciently.

LITHIUM HARVEST Ideally paired with diesel generators from 45kVA to 150kVA, the Lithium Harvest Energy System is a compact add on unit which harvests any excess energy created by your generator and not used by your equipment. It then stores this energy for you to use whenever you might need it, so you get the most out of your generator and fuel.

COMPACT & QUICK TO CHARGEThe Harvest System sits alongside your generators to harvest the excess power while they’re operating. The Lithium Ion battery allows the system to charge and be ready to use in just two hours.

TYPICAL HYBRID SITE SET UP

SCENARIO 1: TIMER SETTINGSThe hybrid controls the automatic operation of the diesel set. The diesel set runs through the day, and then the hybrid turns the diesel set off, running the site silently on the hybrid. eg. 6am - 6pm diesel. 6pm - 6am: Hybrid.

SCENARIO 2: LOAD SENSINGThe hybrid automatically switches off the diesel generator when it is running at low loads. The hybrid re-charges when the diesel generator is running for higher loads ensuring fuel consumption is optimised.

SCENARIO 3: CONSTANT LOW LOADThe hybrid is the primary power source, and only switches on the diesel generator to re-charge the batteries. The diesel generator runs at a much higher load improving fuel efficiency.

We can regularly assess the power and fuel usage of your site and advise how you can make savings, either by using lower kVA generators or by using our Lithium Harvest Energy System to make sure you're using all your power effi ciently.

Remote Fleet Management technology gives us total visibility of your fl eet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So if your tanks are running low we can resupply fuel or if someone is draining your tanks illegally, we'll even spot that.

FUEL STATION One of the biggest risks is moving fuel around site, but with our fuel station it allows you to keep all refuelling in one location. Following a site survey we will recommend the best location for the fuel station to reduce risk of land contamination.

A dedicated fuel desk monitors the onsite fuel station's levels and triggers a replenishment supply at 30% and 15%. So there is no chance it will ever run out of fuel again.
