Port Authority Carpool PlanAvailable All HoursThe Port Authority Carpool toll rate is $2.00 and is available toall E-ZPass customers who subscribe to the Carpool Plan.

The plan requires that there are three or more people in a

vehicle with non-commercial plates. Customers must use astaffed CASH-E-ZPass lane and come to a complete stopso that the Toll Collector can verify the number of occupantsin the vehicle.

Port Authority Staten Island Bridges PlanAvailable All HoursThe Port Authority Staten Island Bridges Plan is $80 for20 trips in a 35-day period at the Goethals and Bayonne

bridges and the Outerbridge Crossing. The cost of each tripis $4.00. This plan is available to all E-ZPass customers withnon-commercial plates and private accounts who enroll inthe plan. Unused trips are billed to the account.
