INTER-RELATIONSHIPThe three levels of air-power doctrine are

neither mutually exclusive nor rigidly limited

to precise boundaries.

a. Strategic Doctrine – Gaining control of air.

b. Operational Doctrine – Orchestrate variety

roles in any operation.

c. Tactical Doctrine – Carrying out specific task.
