CAPABILITY STATEMENT
Engineering a Green Future
Meinhardt is one of the leading environmental design firms with highest number of BCA’s Green Mark Platinum and Gold Plus awards in Singapore. These awards demonstrate our excellence and leadership in green practices. As the foremost, globally integrated specialist in environmental consultancy, our unwavering commitment towards sustainability embraces all project phases from initial concept and feasibility, to implementation and post operations.
Our Environmentally Sustainable Design team comprises of accredited Green Mark and LEED professionals who are able to assist our clients in designing and constructing greener buildings. We design for and promote environmentally beneficial solutions and technologies that optimize energy and resource utilization. Through environmentally responsible and financially sustainable solutions, we offer clients a pragmatic approach to integrating sustainability into their operations, with the aim of creating a high-quality built environment.

Environmental Sustainable Design
CAPABILITY STATEMENT
Engineering Sustainable Communities In recognition of our highly valued environment, the implementation of sustainable practice has become a key driving factor common to all Meinhardt projects. Continued advancements in the engineering technology and consolidated specialist knowledge amongst the dedicated staff have allowed Meinhardt to set precedents in the delivery of innovative solutions to optimize environmental, economic, and social outcomes. The expertise of Meinhardt’s multi-disciplinary team is an unparalleled demonstration of an integration of applied knowledge. Meinhardt is committed to achieving sustainable outcomes for the benefit of the local and global community and the generations to come.
Better Planning for a Sustainable Future Meinhardt endeavors to instill awareness amongst its clients and the community of the necessity to provide sustainable solutions for our future generations. Our objectives are to: • Minimize or eliminate detrimental impacts on the
existing environment; • Achieve energy and resources consumption
efficiency; • Protect, preserve and enhance the environment; • Optimize environmental, economic and social
outcomes to benefit the local and global community.
These objectives are used to guide all phases of our projects, ranging from the master planning to engineering detailed design through to post-construction operations.
Victorian Engineering Principles A false impression should be avoided that a high Green Mark Status is achieved by high end or cutting edge technologies hence high cost. Most cost-effective sustainable design starts from the very basics. And basic designs fall back to Victorian engineering principles.
Exceeding Green Mark Meinhardt Green Mark Team provides guidance to the project team to acquire the necessary Green Mark status with BCA and set to challenge a status exceeding the Green Mark requirements on greenness and energy efficiency.
