DevelopersThe Vermont Hous-ing and Conservation Board (VHCB) admin-isters a portion of the State of Vermont’s Neighborhood Stabili-zation Program (NSP3) through a contract with the VT Agency of Com-merce and Community Development funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban De-velopment. NSP3 ac-tivities are related to the foreclosure crisis and the blighting influence of vacant/abandoned properties in the State. VHCB’s NSP3 funding is used exclusively for affordable multifamily rental development. VHCB is seeking pro-posals from developers (nonprofit and for-profit) for the use of the remain-ing $473,500 in NSP3 funds.
