PROYAS conducted that assessment through using various tools of participatory methord. Proyas as a partner of Oxfam GB Bangladesh believes that this participatory community action plan could be an asset for better understanding, increasing capacity & reducing their vulnerabilities if implemented properly but it is very hard for them to implement the plan successfully because of various constraints like lack of resources, expertise, information & linkage. In that case all of GOs, NGOs, PNGOs or Organizations extend their hands regarding the issues. in view to sensitize & define the particular role of the GOs, NGOs, PNGOs,other development Organizations,Local Govt, civil society & community leaders at local level in implementing the Action plan, Proyas Manobik Unnayan Society has organized the workshop on findings of PVCA.
