An ode to the comforting Zi Char Lala clams enjoyed by the chefs after an evening’s work, the zhng-ed version featuring Seafood Medleyof Asari Clams, Ika and Tai Fish lathered in crab fat sambal, sake broth and dressed with wakame is divine. Old favourites such as their ever-popular Scallop Carpaccio have been further elevated with premium ingredients such as thick cut wild caught Hokkaido Scallops dressed with dashi jelly, smoked ikura, sea grapes and house cured Hamachi ‘Bacon’.

Catch up with your buddies at the newly-rebranded Ling Ling by The Wine Company, a wine-centric restaurant that offers a wide selection of quality wine with the best of Singaporean, Asian and Western cuisine that won’t burn a hole in your pocket.
