2. Update compare buffer of the delay( or freq.) and tempo.
When tempo changed
1. Calculate all rerative parameters ( delays and freq.) from tempo, tempo compare buffer and
delays and freq. compare buffer.
delay[ms] = delay_cmp[ms] x ( tempo_cmp / tempo)
freq[hz] = freq._cmp[Hz] x ( tempo / tempo_cmp)
- Tempo -
Delay and modulation type effects ( MONO DELAY, CHORUS, ....) have tempo
rerative parameters. This is the specification of them.
