Any Questions?

Page 22: 01992 453 700 01992 453 700 TPAS Conference Creative Engagement.

Discussion/Activity

• What does creative engagement look like?

• What are the barriers?

• How can they be overcome?

Page 23: 01992 453 700 01992 453 700 TPAS Conference Creative Engagement.

Tips

• ‘Creative’ needs to feel fresh and fun• Better when we don’t realise we’re being

engaged• What some may have done for 5 years and

now feel stale may be new and fresh for someone else

• Not necessarily the method, but the impact• Look out for opportunities that present

themselves (Olympic development or empty shop unit)

Tips

• Not saying ‘do anything’, you still need to plan and prepare well

• Does activity fit with your company ethos

• Have a plan, but don’t be afraid to let project develop organically

• Can’t always anticipate the outcomes but must have a strong principle
